This Web-page makes available information pertaining to the work of the Statistical Laboratory for Educational and Psychological Measurement at the University of Illinois.  Current work focuses on cognitive diagnosis, differential item functioning, latent dimensionality analysis, and large sample theory, among other topics. Included is a list of currently available current and former lab members, with links their current work.

In addition, a list of computer programs currently or soon available (compiled Fortran Code on PC readable disk) is included together with a brief description of each program. Currently, copies of these programs are offered at a moderate price. We attempt to support the software; hence technical and substantive questions are welcome. We also welcome information in the form of papers, reports, overheads, etc., on any work done using the ideas, models, and procedures we have developed. Comments and requests can be given by e-mail to stoutdist@stat.uiuc.edu. If you wish to receive information about future research and software developments, please be sure to supply us with your e-mail address.
